9/19 First off you really need to get some people skill, an learn how to give your customers a call back when you need to reschedule an appointment do to your error , an when they call you sitting outside your shop cuz they took the day off from work to make an appointment the you the buisnes owner do care to make , wow dude your very unprofessional man, so how about giving us a time on when you suppose to make it to your shop again an let's see if you'll make it more

Took my car in on Saturday to get tinted. Was quoted a price, payed for it and left. 15 minutes later they called me to tell me they misquoted my price and upped it by $30 dollars. I told them to just go ahead and do it. This was at 11am, the time of my appointment. I called them at 2:30pm and was told it would be done later in the day. Two hours later they called me to tell me that they wouldn't be able to do it and I was welcome to leave it until Monday or bring it back. So I was without my car for a full day and had a price switch on me and still didn't get my car tinted even though I had made an appointment A WEEK AND A HALF IN ADVANCE. I can't speak to their tint jobs but as far as customer service and general business acumen they certainly are lacking. more

My son recently had a radio installed in his car. He couldn't pick it up when it was done because he was busy, so he asked that if I could pick it up for him. When I get there the car is outside with the sunroof open. No one is in the store. The young man behind the counter tells me he couldn't install the speakers cause they were too big and so it would be only $500 for the radio, I ask if I could take a look and he seemed like it was a bother to him. Then he tells me that the video system in the radio isn't working because the radio (we did provide it) was missing a wire. I next told him that I don't know if I should pay for the work (my next words were gonna be until my son approves it) but he cut me off and yelled at me stating that if I don't pay that he'll tear the radio off the car. After an unnecessary confrontation, I paid him for the services provided and left my son to deal with the company ... Don't know if it will ever get fixed but those were the most painful $500 I ever turned over. Horrible experience. If the radio's DVD system gets fixed I will update this rating somewhat .. more

This place will simply surprise and amaze ya! The showroom has a crazy lighting and sound effects thing going on. They carry dang near any brand you could possibly want and they know their stuff inside and out. I can't believe I haven't been here sooner. I've wasted so much time and money at other places. Now that I've found Alarms, ETC I'm gonna be a customer for life! Pros: Big Thumbs up here! Comfy down to earth.......Great Value Cons: Nada! more

I was totally blown away. I went in there just stopping by and the showroom is amazing w/ black lights, strobes and all sorts of cool gadgets. They carried everything from rims, tint, stereos..........and then the sales guy told me about the special they had on the alarm system and I couldn't pass it up. I went to another place and they qouted me over 600.00 for the same system and were RUDE TO ME. Not these guys. They took care of me, got me in and out right away and made me feel welcomed. Pros: They were just incredible. Price, Friendly and know what they are doing! Cons: Only drawback was I didnt go there sooner. Could've saved a ton of time and money. more
