I used Allan's Photo in Orem, Utah for their video transfer services. I had old VHS tapes transferred to DVD. I was quoted one week for the transfer of 14 (30 min) VHS tapes. When I returned a week later they were unable to find my tapes for 30 very anxiety-filled minutes. I was then asked to return in another week because the order hadn't been touched. I returned one week later and retrieved my tapes and new DVD's. The quality of the DVD was not good, and the cases appeared used. Furthermore, they recorded 2 minutes of blue screen in between each VHS tape (the rewind). When I called to ask if this was normal, I was told it was not and to bring them back to be fixed. However, when I brought them back I was hassled and told that it was going to be very inconvenient for them to fix this mistake. In the end, and after attempting to make this right with the manager of the store, I requested my money back and went elsewhere. I hope this review will help other people save some time and trouble when picking a company to handle their precious memories.
