I had a WONDERFUL experience with the body shop! I was on the highway and was hit by a very large peice of plank wood that did a little number on the bumper of my car. I had been DREADING dealing with it because of how high my insurance deductible is. I was referred to Clear Lake Body Shop through Clear Lake Honda where I took my car for an oil change. I came in and the staff was fantastic!
He explained to me about the damage to my car and explained everything clearly. He then said he would try to pop the bumper back onto the frame free of charge!
I could have gone elsewhere and had to pay over 1000 dollars to have the bumper replaced but he was honest and took care of it for me!
I came back 30 minutes later to an almost brand new car, to top it off they washed it for me.
I will absolutely (hopefully not soon!) be using their services again and will definitely be recommending everyone I know there. What a fantastic experience.
