HORRIBLE APARTMENTS!! Can someone please show me a business that encompasses customer service as a part of their business model! How about basics...you pay money-get at the very least what you pay for. At the Reserve Apartments at the Landing, you don't get anywhere near what your hard earned dollar should get you. I've read a lot of reviews on these apartments and I wished I would've done that before moving here. I paid $950 for a studio apartment, which was an excellent deal considering the walk-in closet, extra big bathroom and decent size living space in the apartment. So I signed the longest possible lease. I thought when I signed a lease with this property that I would be paying for a habitable unit. WRONG. I was actually forced out of my lease because the incompetent managers don't know a thing about problem solving or a thing about GOOD customer service. My apartment was INFESTED with CARPET BEETLES and the first thing I'm told by the regional manager of this property is it's not their fault the bugs are there! I was appauled at this statement. I asked if I could move to another unit and all they had available was 2 apartments in the Sanctuary next door and 1 apartment in my building. All 3 apartments were more rent than what I was already paying. After going back and forth they finally agree to offer me a 4th floor apartment at the rent I was paying. (My apt was on the 5th floor mind you) I go to look at this apartment and low and behold I see the same little black critters on the floor. I asked the manager I know those are not bugs right there...don't you know she lied directly to my face and said no that's just dirt. Yeah right why would the dirt look exactly like the little BUGS I've been seeing in my apartment?? Anyway...I'm rambling but bottom line is you will not get what you pay for here...if you're easily won over by the way things look than this is definitely the place for you. Just hope and pray you don't have to go through what I went through living with bugs for over a month and getting bugs all in your personal belongings. Then on top of that, the pain of having to move out with 2 of the 3 elevators being broken. They are probably trying to get their act together now since I'm sure they are breaking some kind of code letting their buildings go on being INVADED by BUGS. It's disgusting and I WOULD NOT recommend this property.
