I walked into this location and noticed the really small variety/selection of frames for men. I waited for about 15 minutes and was never greeted. I even tried to approach one of the employees and she immediately got up and moved to the other side of the showroom. I simply walked out went to another Pearle Vision location and was greeted properly, so I spent about $700. See what a proper greeting can do for your business?
