So it happened to me. Walked in yesterday! All paperwork in hand to make sure the process was quick and seamless. As I walked in, I realized the woman at the desk had a customer on speakerphone, so I was reluctant to approach. She motioned me over and asked what she could do for me. No greeting. I presented all paperwork (doctor's prescription, insurance and even username/password to verify benefits) - she snatched it from me --- like if I was bothering her. Told me I could get up to $160 in frames - motioned that I might be able to find something on the adjoining wall. Turned away and went about her business (completely cold to me). Sad that all 3 agents just sat there and didn't offer any assistance. Quite shocked at this point, I searched glasses, found one pair went up to the lady and asked if they had another color, her reply ""NO"" and went about her business. I don't know what I said or did to make this disgrace of an agent mad -- maybe I interrupted her lunch, didn't bring lunch or what? Very shocked. So I informed her I couldn't find anything and decided to leave --- she handed me my paperwork and didn't say a word --- So I left. The most uncomfortable experience in my life. What I would suggest is stay away. NOT A GREAT PLACE! I don't care what anyone says. This was completely inexcusable. We, or at least I, rely on assistance when choosing some so important to me. STAY AWAY. By the way, I called to inform the lady how she made me feel. I asked to speak with Management --- imagine, I am still waiting for that call....
