I would have to agree with Lynn and 1stcav below about the over charging. Me and my wife are first time pool owners and when we looked for a pool place we found Genco (unfortunately). We asked if they could come install a salt water pump and check our pool light. The person on the phone said it would cost $100 because we already had the salt water system. They came out and took almost three hours to install and check the light. On the way out the told us our Polaris was broken ad they could take it in to get fixed, we agreed because they said it wouldn't be that expensive. When my wife and I showed up to the store a couple days later to pick up our Polaris the clerk at the front was very rude and unprofessional, he didn't even offer to help cary out the products we came to get (more than the Polaris). We ended up getting charging 3 times the amount they said it would cost. Six weeks later the Polaris still doesn't work so I take it back in to receive nothing else but an attitude. They tell me it will be fixed and I could pick it up that day. I dropped it off yesterday and still haven't got it back and had to call them to find out what was going on instead of them calling me. Cant wait to see what I get charged this time!
