If I could give the service department 0 stars, I would. I made an appointment a week before only to arrive to mass confusion. Everyone wanted me to talk to someone else. Despite repeatedly saying that I only needed a new cabin air filter, no one could seem to remember this fact. After waiting for ten minutes to talk to the 'parts guy', I was walking out only to be beckoned back (with his finger) by the manager (?) who told me it would be 40 minutes. After 45 minutes, the same manager came out and informed me that they didn't have the filter. I was not happy and expressed to him my problem with informing me of this after the time for the appointment was over. I also said I would not be coming back to which he curtly replied, "I guess I'm just not doing my job this morning". After retrieving my car for me, he muttered, "...bitch..." while walking back into the store. He had no idea I heard him. It was mass chaos in that place, I felt extremely demeaned by the way I was treated regardless of the fact they didn't have the part for an appointment I made a week before. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.
