Abdull and Matt in service handled my issue with diligence and in a timely manner. I take my vehicles to no one but Premier Nissan for service because I know Matt and his team will find the problem. I guess it comes down to trust. As for handling the details and the tracking of parts, Abdull has impeccable people skills and I will request him every time. more

I was very pleased with the help I recieved.Especially with Cesar Labotao.He answered all of my questions and left me stressed free.Cesar really went out of his way to make me happy .I have to say for my first time experience with getting my pathfinder service was a nice,pleasant ride!!!I love my Nissan and would Definitely recommend to everyone I know to Premier Nissan!! I went looking for a Certified Pre-Owned Nissan Sentra or Versa and ended up with a new Sentra that I love! I went new because of the lifetime power train warranty which is not available on pre-owned cars. Ilya was my salesman and he was AWESOME! Too bad he's leaving to become a doctor. He showed me everything, walked me through everything and I appreciated that! more

I am a frequent customer to Premier Nissan (maintenance and repairs for the life of my 2007 Murano). Service rep, Abdul is fairly new to the service department, and he has provided very good customer service for my last 4 visits. The cashiers are fairly hospitable, also. My overall satisfaction is ""good"" and not higher because of the high prices. However, I prefer to take my vehicle to this Nissan dealership/service, only, because it is the most convenient and I feel I can trust the knowledge of mechanics working on Nissan vehicles - for the best outcomes. more

My vehicle started giving me trouble on the way home from work. I phoned Premier Nissan and Abdul told me to come straight in, and was waiting on me when I arrived. Abdul phoned me the next morning with a quote for the repairs. They serviced the vehicle and were very professional. more
