Unless you have a large amount of time to take off from work and wait for them to not show up - this is the place you want to call. We had an appointment on Friday at 4:30 and at 6:15 we were finally contacted to say that they were unable to make the appointment. When I called on Monday they scheduled the time to come to the home between 3-5. At 4:45 I called them only to be told that they could not find their appliance truck. They called back to inform me that the person that would be working on my dryer would not be able to make it because he was at a church meeting until 9:00, the time now is 4:55. What happened to my 3-5 appointment? They are alot of talk with little results. By the way, this same thing happened when we called them the first time to get out washing machine fixed.
