DO NOT USE COON RAPIDS APPLIANCE EVER!!!!! They schedule appointments they don't show to. They deny an appointment was ever made. And they scam people into getting new AC units. They cannot fill it over 3lbs of freon more than once so they don't fix it the first time so they have to replace it when you call for their warranty. Was set up with this company by my warranty Co. for a repair- never again. Should have researched first! From initial visit to when they came back with the parts was 15 days without the appliance working. It worked fine for a couple days, but 4 days later was just as broke as when it started... more

Best company ever !!\r I called them on monday morning, on my washer, they had an opening that day and I took it. The two guys that came out was Mike and Eric. They are great and very funny guys. Eric was working on the washer and before I knew it he had it going, he showed me what part went bad, and explained to me why it went bad. Eric went over the bill which was 150.00, then asked if I was in the military and I said yes and got 20 % OFF. They are coming back next week to clean my furnace, it is the only place I will ever call again!! For the person who called Eric a jerk, maybe it was you who was having a bad day. more

Unless you have a large amount of time to take off from work and wait for them to not show up - this is the place you want to call. We had an appointment on Friday at 4:30 and at 6:15 we were finally contacted to say that they were unable to make the appointment. When I called on Monday they scheduled the time to come to the home between 3-5. At 4:45 I called them only to be told that they could not find their appliance truck. They called back to inform me that the person that would be working on my dryer would not be able to make it because he was at a church meeting until 9:00, the time now is 4:55. What happened to my 3-5 appointment? They are alot of talk with little results. By the way, this same thing happened when we called them the first time to get out washing machine fixed. Best call I ever made! 1/18/2012

I HIGHLY recommend Coon Rapids Appliance! Eric was GREAT! We had them come out to replace our water heater. They were in and out in no time at all. They were friendly and professional and most importantly - AFFORDABLE! The day after they were out we had another unrelated plumbing problem at 8:00 at night - not knowing what else to do, we called Eric. He graciously took our call and tried to walk us through it. When we were too nervous to fix it ourselves we called him back and he showed up 20 minutes later and fixed the problem within seconds. Coon Rapids Appliance is the ONLY call you need to make, you won't regret it. Once they are done you will find yourself so amazed that you will be writing your first-ever review on here to try to find some way of thanking them!! Thank you Eric!!! Pros: null Cons: null more
