Rates are fine, but they must invest in some software that can allow bill pay to be easier and free for customers. Third part transactions through Western Union (with a fee), just wont do it.. I have linked my bank account to Geogia Power and automated payments via my checking account is free.. I have to drive there during work tom, because I never received a bill..
