One of our properties is serviced by Austell Gas and by looking at the bill, they are much better than Georgia Natural Gas by far!!!! They don't tack on all these extra charges, ...

Rates are fine, but they must invest in some software that can allow bill pay to be easier and free for customers. Third part transactions through Western Union (with a fee), just wont do it.. I have linked my bank account to Geogia Power and automated payments via my checking account is free.. I have to drive there during work tom, because I never received a bill.. Best Gas Company! 1/25/2008

One of our properties is serviced by Austell Gas and by looking at the bill, they are much better than Georgia Natural Gas by far!!!! They don't tack on all these extra charges, like customer service charges or AGLC base charges, they only charge you for the gas that you use and of course taxes. It's nice to see a company that isn't out to rip you off! A+++ more

Austell Gas System is a component of the City of Austell and is governed and administered by the Austell Natural Gas System Board. The company serves residential, commercial and industrial customers in the Georgia cities of Austell, Douglasville and Powder Springs, as well as portions of Cobb and Douglas counties in Georgia. Austell Natural Gas System provides natural gas service to more than 53,000 customers throughout its service area.
