I contacted Ralph's previously when I was in a bind with a non working oven that needed to be up and running within a couple days. They came out (John) and not only got the parts needed, fixed the problem and got me back up and running within the time frame needed.
Second issue was with my A/C units. First hot day of the year and both my units went down. Mind you this is on a Saturday, very busy. Once again John came out and got me back up and running in an hours time. Pricing is VERY FAIR.
They will have all of my business and I have referred them to a GM who runs a huge restaurant and they will begin using Ralph's after their current contract ends.
Very pleased with the phone manners, service tech, service and quality.
