DO NOT USE !!!! 1/27/2014

Moved to the area and went with them for "same day appliance repair" I was told the part would be in in 3 days and they would be out to complete the work. My husband paid them in full (our mistake) prior to them finishing the job. When we call the first time I was told they forgot to order the part. Then I was told it was on backorder. Finally after 9 days and my husband calling again they come and fix the washing machine. I called the customer service number. The man on the phone was rude and didn't seem to care on how long it took to fix. I will NOT use this company again. poor customer service more

Ralph's Appliance Services has always done a good job for me. I've worked with them more than a few times. They come out quickly, they get things done quickly, and their people are very nice. Ralph's is a good repair shop to use. They've worked on my washing machine, my dryer, my oven--you name it. They just do a good job. more

A gentleman from Ralph's Appliance Services came out to replace a boot in my brand new front-loader dryer that had already broken for some reason. This was my first time using them, and I have to say the man was pleasant and provided a nice service! The only comment I have is that their prices are so high, they should just drop their service charge. The replacement already cost me over $300 (and is much cheaper online), plus another $75 or so to have them come out. If they dropped the service charge, that would be awesome. As it is, though, I'll have to look for someone cheaper next time. more

If you have a problem with an appliance in your home, do yourself a favor and call these guys immediately. They are professional, courteous, honest, and absolutely great at what they do. I can't say enough about the multiple positive experiences both myself and my family have had with Ralph's. They have always done right by us and have never left until we were satisfied. Once you try them, you will not want to use any other repairmen for anything ever again. Ask for Josh. He is a really good guy, more

They do exactly what they say, they are there when you need them. 6/21/2013

I've been working with them for about nine years now. They kind of do everything for me. I have a house and I also have a garage apartment. I need someone to come immediately when I need something and they are usually able to com within 24 hours. They do good quality work, I always call them first. more

We called Ralph's Appliance Services for a dishwasher repair. When they first came out, they could not find the solution and they took it back to their shop. They worked on the dishwasher at their shop and when they brought it back, it was functioning again. I was very happy with them, based on the first job they did for us, which is why I called them back when the refrigerator needed to be repaired. And, I will call them back again any time I need to. They're very professional, arrive on time, and are the absolute epitome of what you want from a service organization. more

Excellent Service! 10/24/2012

I had AC issues and after calling around...you were the most professional, honest and best deal. Best deal because you know what you are doing and this equals a savings to the customer. There are other companies out there replacing functioning parts and not looking out for customer! Thank you!!! In these bad times....any savings is much appreciated. Wow what a breathe of fresh air! 8/21/2012

It is so refreshing to have an appliance repair service be open and honest with you. We had some issues with our commerical washer and dryers and they came in told us what was wrong - were honest with us showed us how to prevent further repairs. Totally awesome! They one a new client today! more

Called after hours on a Friday and received a positive response. 6/17/2012

Called Ralph's on a Friday after hours...Ralph answered. Asked if it was possible to have someone come out Saturday...reply was "Yes, between 9:00 and 11:00."..John arrived at about 9:45 and checked my A/C and determined the problem was the unit needed freon. Freon was added and the A/C is cooling properly again. NO pressure to buy anything or replace anything. Definitely recommend calling this company for your A/C problems. more

On the Spot 5/5/2012

I contacted Ralph's previously when I was in a bind with a non working oven that needed to be up and running within a couple days. They came out (John) and not only got the parts needed, fixed the problem and got me back up and running within the time frame needed. Second issue was with my A/C units. First hot day of the year and both my units went down. Mind you this is on a Saturday, very busy. Once again John came out and got me back up and running in an hours time. Pricing is VERY FAIR. They will have all of my business and I have referred them to a GM who runs a huge restaurant and they will begin using Ralph's after their current contract ends. Very pleased with the phone manners, service tech, service and quality. more
