We used Tricity for years and thought they were amazing. The workers where always professional and we received good, if not great, service. The problem with Tricity is that once you have a problem with them, you are treated in a rude and unprofessional manner. The head of customer service has a lot to learn about how to talk and treat customers. It took weeks to get someone to call me back about the problem we were having (the problem was caused by Tricity) and the head of customer service refused to even listen to me and basically told me to go away. I left several messages for the owner, Sheamus and never received a call back. I spoke to a friend who I had recommended to Tricity and she had similar problems with customer service. Everything is great as long as things are running smoothly. But once you have a problem, they will not work with you to resolve the issue. After my experience with them, I would strongly recommend using another vendor.
