I would give a "O" if they would let me. We called for help and they were 30+ minutes late. The cost of just coming to the house (not doing anything) was $49. When he arrived, all the guy did was try to sell us things--new faucets for $700+, water filtration system. In the end, he would not do the simple task we needed (reattach a hose to our piping, no parts required) for less than $200. My husband ended up figuring it out himself and it took LESS THAN 3 MINUTES. Benjamin Franklin is NOT here to help you--they are here to get in your house and sell you things you don't need. TERRIBLE!!!!!!
