A Seller client of mine hired this agency to remove a tenant in which I had the house listed for sale. I must admit that the follow up is client based so if you want to know something you must follow up with them. Only after I was added to the file was I able to communicate with them. The communication via email was short and to the point, however when I did call they were nice and helped me out. Point is they are either too busy to follow up on their own or just have no follow up system. In the end the tenant is out and all is resolved. The process is what it is.....
