I have been seeing Dr. Kliner at this office regularly for three years and others at this office occasionally since 2006 (6 years total). I have never been in and out of that office in less than 3.5 hours. The staff never seems to care how much of my time is wasted. But a recent experience pushed me over the line. I will never go back to this office now.
I was in a car accident in December. It was well documented. The ER had prescribed me Vicodin for pain, but I only needed them occasionally when my back went out as my chiropractor worked with me toward full recovery. Well, I ran out, and then my back went out again. I called for an appointment with Dr. Kliner but the office staff assured me that if the purpose of the visit was to obtain a pain perscription, I might as well not waste my time and money. I quickly learned that no one else would prescribe the meds for me either because I didn't have a SIX YEAR HISTORY with them as I did with Dr. Kliner's office. So they couldn't distinguish me from the junkies.
So I suffered severe pain for most of the week. I couldn't even think a lot of the time. My life was just pain. NEVER AGAIN. I don't understand how the people at this office could turn their back on me when I desparately needed them after such a long history. Covering their butt flawlessly is obviously more important than actually doing good medicine.
