DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! Kept on trying to get my green slip. Temporary tag expires the 16th. I finally call back at 5:45 and they tell me that it JUST came in 15 minutes ago. I tell them that I can't get to the DMV until next week. He said I can go to the DMV and ask for an extension. UM.. If I can go to the DMV and ask for an extension, then I can register it myself. Then he told me for a fee, they can register it. They had 30 days to get the green slip and now I have to deal with it. I call back to deal with the ""manager"" DC. If he is a manager, then they obviously let anyone be a manager. NO customers service and down right rude. He told me to deal with it on my lunch break tomorrow. I said, who can goto the DMV and get something registered in half and hour? He said he has. They are scum and after they get the sale, they treat you like crap. This place seams to be ran by cons and people that can't function in a real job. NO ONE buy a car here!!! I am glad my sister bought her Dodge somewhere else after me. I will look into a lawyer to see if I can just give the car back.
