DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! Kept on trying to get my green slip. Temporary tag expires the 16th. I finally call back at 5:45 and they tell me that it JUST came in 15 minutes ago. I tell them that I can't get to the DMV until next week. He said I can go to the DMV and ask for an extension. UM.. If I can go to the DMV and ask for an extension, then I can register it myself. Then he told me for a fee, they can register it. They had 30 days to get the green slip and now I have to deal with it. I call back to deal with the ""manager"" DC. If he is a manager, then they obviously let anyone be a manager. NO customers service and down right rude. He told me to deal with it on my lunch break tomorrow. I said, who can goto the DMV and get something registered in half and hour? He said he has. They are scum and after they get the sale, they treat you like crap. This place seams to be ran by cons and people that can't function in a real job. NO ONE buy a car here!!! I am glad my sister bought her Dodge somewhere else after me. I will look into a lawyer to see if I can just give the car back. more

Absolutely one of the worst places I've encountered. DON'T WALK RUN FROM THIS PLACE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS, AND DIRTBALLS, ESPECIALLY SHELBY BROWN. Worst service ever. They quoted us on some auto body work promising they would have it back to perfect. When they decided to call me 3 weeks later, when I went to pick it up there was glue everywhere, paint on all the headlights, reflectors, etc. Didn't replace what was supposed to be fixed, even found out they broke more things on my car when i had to take it to a different auto body shop because they refused to right there wrong. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The people at this dealership and auto body shop are the epitome of bad business. more

If it were possible to give the liars and con men at Chapman Dodge a negative one rating I would. I spent about an hour online, and on the phone getting a price from Woody - a salesman at Chapman for a new Dodge. I asked him repeatedly to tell me the total cost of the vehicle. He gave me a number after double checking. I got to the dealership and the sleazy routine started. That old, tired act of liars, con men and hacks started when the so-called manager came out and said he couldn't sell the car for that. I just walked out the door. Assume that if these people's lips are moving they are telling lies and move on. This place, the people that work there and their ilk are the reason car salesmen have such a bad name. more

Just off "" the strip"",Chapman Dodge (E. Sahara) provided my wife and I with a seamless, quick, and GREAT deal! We appreciated the help and courtesy in service that seemed so natural there, sounds funny I suppose! Rocko was just great- he made it a fun deal! The paperwork was fast and the deal was worked a bit lean by yours truly-I made my own deal happen it seemed to me. Just great all around well done gents, and many thanks ! more

We found Chapman Dodge on the Internet and were impressed with their reasonable Internet prices. Several vehicles caught our attention so we made visit.\r We were greeted by Woody, and Internet salesman, who then introduced us to Sam. Sam was polite and eager to help us find the vehicle that would suite our needs. He was helpful, not pushy like most salesman.\r We narrowed our search to three cars and test drove each one. Sam was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We made our choice and negotiated a few extras.\r All tat was left was the paperwork which was pain-free thanks to Izaak. He went out of his way to make sure we had the best finance rate and ensured the accuracy of our contract.\r Buying a car these days is usually less than pleasant, but our experience was very enjoyable. Lots of lemons for sale and do not trust them when they service your vehicle or you will end up like I did and need a tow truck to take it to a different dealership. I had the best warrenty on a new car that you can buy and they still managed to screw me over and the owner or manager never even tried to make it right.
