I took My dog to Amor. I told them he would not open his mouth, and his eye was infected. Not sure why. They examined my dog, and told me it was no big deal. He had probably got something in his eye. Which caused it to get infected. They gave me some eye drops and antibiotics. It seemed to help. After the second day, it got worse. I called them up, I described what was going on, and now his face was swelling. They said "Its no big deal sometimes it takes days for the meds to kick in." The next day it had gotten to the point my dog would not move on his own. I took him to a different vet, who examined him. They Found a chunk of wood jammed in the roof of his mouth! That was causing the infection. I could not believe that Amor did not do a thorough exam, and seemed to not be concerned. When I called them with concern. I will never go back there again!
