Our AC stopped working on a Saturday night and Gorjanc was at our house by 10am the next morning. Jonathan Knight was the technician who performed the repair work. He was very knowledgeable and explained all our options in detail. After the work was done he spent an additional 45 minutes answering additional questions. I wouldn't hesitate to use Gorjanc for our AC and heating needs.
