This was my first time using Snappy Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning and based on my experience I would definitely use them again!
I had a gas leak, so I called my gas company. The man came out, and he said he didn't smell anything. He was not very nice or professional. He didn't give me anyone to call to help me out. I ended up calling my sister and she told me I needed a plumber, and to try Snappy Electric.
I have to say that the two gentlemen who came out from Snappy were really great and very informative, much more so than the man from the gas company. They explained how this happened, the process to fix it, and what to do in the future for maintenance. As a homeowner, I found that wealth of information to be extremely helpful. I had no clue what was going on, it was a very bid deal to me to have a gas leak, and they respected that and treated it as if it was a big deal to them too. I thought it was nice to know they are there to help.
Also, it was very nice that they would not leave until they found the leak, which turned out to be a small one that they missed the first couple of passes, but they were determined to find it and fix it. When they left, I surely felt at ease. They were wonderful and really comforting in a guy type way.
