This place has questionable billing practices. They billed my insurance and billed me the same full amount. When I finally got them to do an audit, suddenly they gave me credit for the 'overpayment'. So nice (not) to get store credit for an overpayment. They don't seem to be able to provide a standard Explanation of Benefits. Ask them for a billing statement and watch for the excuses !. If they would provide monthly statements this could be avoided.\r
There is no privacy in the treatment rooms, the chairs are lined up like cattle stalls, you can over hear conversations. They left the wire untrimmed on my son's first visit and he ended up with a gash in his mouth. Seems like they are in too much of a rush. 'Sloppy' about sums this place up.
