I took my car to Henderson's because it was cutting off and running funny. When I first got there the mechanic said I needed a major ($400) tune up. I was unable to afford that so I asked if he could just do part of the tune up that I could pay for. I asked if an older relative could pay the full amount over the fone by credit. When I got back to the shop the guy who runs the shop, Jim, said that he told my grandmother that the car needed the tune up to get running and so she paid the full amount. As angry as I was that he took advantage of my grandmother, I knew that my car would be fixed and I could pay her back. Unfortunately after getting the tune up, my car was still cutting off,running funny, and now the engine light was on. Long story-short, I have been taking the same car to henderson's every three days for the past month. I've spent $813 at their business for them not to fix the problem that I brought it there for. STAY AWAY FROM HENDERSON AUTOMOTIVE!
