After failing emissions I used this establishment to fix my car.I carried my car to them to have my o2 sensors replaced(oxygen sensors).About an hr after I left the lot my service engine light came on.I returned that next day and expressed my concern, and he put some hand held machine under my steering wheel punch some codes in,and my light went off.Literally 30 minutes after leaving my light came back on.I returned the next day and then they told me I needed a catylic converter. My car is an 06 with a little under 42,000 miles.I told them not only is my car not fixed but I have encountered a new problem. Now I'm riding around with my service engine light on.They act like they was bothered and felt like I was discouraging the customers that was there to be seen. Now my engine light is on,my car is jumping and it's stalling.I did'nt have all these problems with my car, when I first bought it to them.My car was riding fine.I did'nt know I needed oxygen sensors until I went to emissions and failed for that minor ISSUE alone. My car is riding so bad I'm consideing trading it in.Everyone I take it to advises me to take it back to Hendersons.Pep Boys would'nt touch my car.I waited for 6 hours at the Pep Boys on University Blvd for them to tell me if it has new o2 sensors they don't know what the problem could be.They rather not put a bunch of parts on my car and charge me alot only to have the engine light come back on.I know what your saying, take it to the dealer the only thing with that is,they usually have your car for over 5 days and you have to get a rental.I can't afford the rental and pay for my car.I'm a single mother with 2 kids.I need my car.
