I am the owner of Gorilla Trucking and I do remember a couple of people that have placed a negative comment. Some people just don't realize the problems that come with the trucking business nor do people want to accept what they don't want to hear: that I have to reschedule or that I can't get you ANOTHER load that wasn't originally on my schedule. I do have a schedule to keep to and I do everything I can to keep to that schedule.
I've been in business for several years and have plenty of contracts and have hundreds of happy customers. It seems as if people only comment about the negative, not the positive - if all of my happy customers were to list their positive experience with my company, these negative comments would be far washed-out.
I placed an ad on KSL to fill-in my time between my contractors and some of the homeowners that call are very rude and are not at all understanding.
I apologize to the people that weren't satisfied. Unfortunately, I can't make every body in the world happy but I really do try hard to. Thanks
