I bought my spa from Aspen in 2003. I support buying local when possible, and Aspen made this a possible, and wise decision. The family has been great, and they recognize me every time I walk in to buy chemicals. The spa has been terrific, with only minor issues which I was mostly able to deal with myself. It's a quality built product and I have no doubt it will last a lot longer!
