I do not have kids in the court system thank God. I have witnessed a four year old boy being given custody to his mother because Judge Pines refused to look at her record. I have seen him violate people’s rights repeatedly. This little boy’s mother had 4 children all different fathers. She has one son who has cigarette burns and other scars all over his body. Another son with mental health issues because she gives her kids alcohol and drugs to make him sleep while she parties with her friends. A daughter who lives with the grandmother she never took to the doctors and left locked in a room for hours when she went to the bar. Now judge Pines lets this little 4-year-old boy live with her. He is not even potty trained. The grandparents want custody and filed emergency custody. Where is the child? Still with the mother. Read the report Mr. Pines! This woman has kids to get welfare money. She has been in trouble for fraud several times and all her children are either living with grandparents or the father. If this little boy dies, it is your fault. She has no heat and the boy is sleeping on the floor. He has lost 8 pounds since you let her keep custody.
