I used them for the first time and had a HORRIBLE experience. DON""T EVER USE THEM!!
My downstairs neighbor said water was leaking from her ceiling where my AC unit was located. I turned off my AC and made an appt for the next day at 1pm. I took the afternoon off from work. At 5pm I finally called after not hearing from them all day. They said ""I was next in line and that it would probably be 1.5 more hours.""
I told the dispatcher to have the driver call me to let him in the gate. He never called and the dispatcher and I had to relay messages back and forth to the driver and call the company about 5 times to get the guy at my door.
When he arrived he said ""Oh, your AC unit is on the roof and I don't have a ladder. You needed to request I bring a ladder. We will have to come back another day."" I was very upset that nobody told me about needing to request a ladder and I thought having a ladder was part of the job. He said it wasn't and someone would have to come another day with the ladder.
When I called the company to complain that I needed this fixed today, they told me that there was nothing they could do and that the customer service people to file a complaint with were gone for the day.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!
