I used this company for my plumbing concerns. Not only did they flat out LIE about my concerns I had to pay them$279.00 for their poor service. Use at your own risk they are not qualifies to do a good job for you at all. Their customer service also SUCKS! Good luck if you use them! more

Cleaned shower drain 11/19/2014

Tony/172 did a terrific job. He explained everything to me. He and his assistant were fast and efficient, and they cleaned up everything nicely after they had finished. He told me how to help avoid a slow drain in the future, and I always felt he was honest and not just trying to sell me something. He was great! more

ARS HVAC review 3/12/2014

Armando Salgado was sent by ARS to check a leak in my "NEW" air conditioning system that ARS installed this last July 3013. The reason Armando was sent was because Luis Flores; an other, great tech, was at my home on Monday to check the furnance. He checked the outside A/C unit as part of his system check up, and found an oil leak in a line outside. Luis reported that leak and Armando came out this morning. Armando repaired the leak. BUT, listening to the fan motor on the outside A/C unit found that the bearings were bad. ALSO, he found that the breaker box needed to be replaced. So he replaced the fan and installed a new break box for the A/C unit. All this on a call to fix a leak. He could have just reported the fan motor and the breaker box to his supervisor and left. But he stayed and completed the job to make sure it was done correctly. Thank you Armando. more

Plumbing work done by Joshua Redding, #644 4/12/2013

Joshua Redding, #644, did several plumbing repair for us. His work was careful and meticulous, with a very clean look to the final product. And he did not rush - he took the time needed to be precise. He sounded very knowledgeable in explaining the causes of the problems and the choices we could make for the repairs - he has a calm and teaching way about him. He took care to advise us of ways we could best maintain our plumbing. I noticed that he was exceptionally careful of the floor, kitchen counter, and attic so that no damage would be caused by the repair work. In advising us, he clearly put our best interests first. He also had a very down to earth and friendly nature about him. For all future plumbing issues that develop, I'm going to insist on only Joshua to do our repairs. more

I would like to recommend Oscar P. who serviced my heating system today. He was so polite and explained things so well. He showed me problems and told me how to fix them that were related to the heating system. I really appreciate the amount of time he spent at my home making certain that all was okay. more

Josh Redding is the best ARS contractor 12/19/2012

Josh came after ARS has botched up the entire schedule and made me wait all day. Josh not only called the home office to tell them to hurry up and deliver the parts but waited till 8 pm for it rather than rescheduling like others would have. Once in the house he quickly fixed the issue. Then as a courtsey he fixe a couple of easy things that he noticed around the sink and save me further issues. THanks a lot Josh for turning a sour experience in to one I can fee good about. more

Stan worked on our pipe which was leaking in guest bathroom and replaced it. He tried hard to please us. We really appreciate his efforts. He had wonderful manners. Thanks for sending Stan to work on our plumbing. more

Excellent service 11/17/2012

Mr. Oscar Paz was very efficent in the work that he performed on my furnace. He was here for a maintence service and discovered other areas that required immediate attention and was very understanding when learning of the upcoming birth of a grandchild and my desire to ensure my house was safe for him. The cost was not something that I was looking forward to paying but I can say it will be worth it to have clean air for the baby to breathe when he comes to visit. Than you, Mr. Oscar more

Service Call by Walter Smith 11/11/2012

Walter checked the problem I had and determined it was not a leak but a problem with my washing machine. While he was here he checked saw my hot water heater and noticed I had some problems with corrosion on the pipes and he set up an appointment for the next day for someone to come out to fix the problem. Very pleased with his service. more

The Best Technician 11/8/2012

ARS has been my "go to" company for everything in my house for years. The BEST technician is Jerry Keiger. Jerry is professional and extremely competent. When one of my ovens quit working TWO weeks before Thanksgiving, I immediately called ARS and requested Jerry. His diagnosis was "spot on" and his repairs allowed me to breathe a sigh of relief. Jerry has repaired many appliances in my home all to my satisfaction. He is a definite asset to your company. more
