Eco clean Air Duct cleaning was easy to get a hold of and schedule with. For the first appointment I took the morning off work but they did not show up. I guess they had car trouble. They rescheduled and came on time for that appointment. They did the cleaning but left a huge mess that I had to clean up. There was a lot to clean up.
In the process of cleaning they did some damage to my ducts. I noticed this a week or two later when I noticed my heat running constantly. In the crawl space my heating ducts were blown wide open and thus the heat was blowing into the crawl space. They did replace those to stop the leaking, free of charge. I was not reimbursed for the money lost on heating expenses. The dust in my home did not improve after the cleaning, either.
RESPONSE FROM Eco clean Air Duct cleaning:
Ducting was damaged from a screw driver left in flex duct before we arrived. EcoClean repaired the ducting at no charge to the customer and the customer was happy when we left. Our tech was in a accident and we did need to reschedule the customer only once
