First off, the heart to heart agency doesn't offer a program in the Bronx. they only have a base in the Bronx in which you can get placement. There is only one instructor whose name is D. Cook Rn. She has a disgusting attitude towards students and should not teach the class for potential workers. I got kicked out the class after going through hell and high waters to get into the class all because of the Rn instructor. when I went to the boss whose name is Jacob, he tells me that he can not do anything to help me get back into the class because the nurse has the say so in whether i can continue in the class. They railroaded me and I am reporting this agency to the bureau. I had proof that I did nothing wrong to ground dismissal of the class and the Director Jacob said so himself and guess what. he tells me he cant do anything, but try to apologize to her and see if she will let me back in. Once I did that Rn Cook still was being nasty and said she won't let me back in. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! YOU DESERVE BETTER TREATMENT THAN TO BE KNOCKED DOWN WHEN YOU NEED HELP!!!!! PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS AGENCY FOR HELP!!! NOT EVEN LAST RESORT!! THEY ALL ARE IN CAHOOTS WITH EACH OTHER!!
