My event was on Friday, tent chairs and etc was dropped off on Thursday and scheduled for pick up after ther event on Sat. I called sat to get a time frame no answer. So basically I haven't spoken to anyone until Monday morning, they gave me a time frame and of course still didnt comply. My whole weekend was ruined because I had to babysit their merchandise. I will never rent from them again!
