The owner personally promised me that if the mattress he made for my fibromyalgia condition was not comfortable, he would give me a full refund. The mattress he made did not work out, and he refused to give the refund although I took him to court and won by default because he didn't show up. He later emailed me that the reason he couldn't pay me was because he was filing for bankruptcy. The court helped me to disclose that he has pulled this bankruptcy hoax before, moving his factory a block away, changing the name slightly, and screwing all of his creditors. I'm out $3,800 and have not yet been able to collect after 3 years. I suggest taking your business elsewhere.
