The owner personally promised me that if the mattress he made for my fibromyalgia condition was not comfortable, he would give me a full refund. The mattress he made did not work out, and he refused to give the refund although I took him to court and won by default because he didn't show up. He later emailed me that the reason he couldn't pay me was because he was filing for bankruptcy. The court helped me to disclose that he has pulled this bankruptcy hoax before, moving his factory a block away, changing the name slightly, and screwing all of his creditors. I'm out $3,800 and have not yet been able to collect after 3 years. I suggest taking your business elsewhere. more

I bought a Comfortpedic KNOTTINGHAM VICTORIA Mattress from them at a matteress gallery in las vegas in 2007 for $4000+ its suppose to have a non prorated 20year warrenty and less than years the matteress is sagging and shows a huge lump in middle of bed. I contacted them and they told me they don't have a dealer in vegas anylonger and I need to send the mattress to them in Rancho Cucamonga, CA to have it inspected. I live in vegas. what a bunch of crap they should replace it or atleast have me pay for a independent mattress inspector to look at it which i did and he said mattress needs to be replaced. but they won't send me a new mattress or come pick up the old so i am out of luck and $4000 for a crappy mattress. more

Don't buy your bed anywhere else. Before buying that on sale bed, you must see and talk with this company. After wasting money on a bed that only lasted two years I was searching for a company that backs their warranty. This company builds their own beds and will show you how inferior other beds are made. Not only do they give you a 20 year warranty that is not pro-rated. If you don't like the bed after buying it they will take it back and modify it to your own personal prefrences. Even on king size beds they will customized each side to the couples prefrences. Their materials are superior to all others I have seen. I hate wasting money but the price difference of a couple of hundred dollars for the quality and service I will be receiving is well worth it. My son has a bed which I have owned for 5 years from this company is being upgraded to a bamboo pillow top which feels like your sleeping on a cloud for $250. Talk about great service. So you can pay $800 every 2 years or $1100 for one that will last 20 years. Do the math. Tell them Andrew sent you and they will take superior care of you. Pros: Best price for a superior product. 20 year no question warranty. Cons: none more
