This was my first service visit for a 3,500 mile check-up. The man who helped me was very thorough and took his time explaining what services would be performed. I was impressed with the way he handled each client. I actually saw him get down on one knee to speak to a seated customer to explain what needed to be done to her car. When she still seemed unclear, he was kind and patient and tried to simplify his explanation. He really seemed to take his time with each person. It made me feel confident in the service I would receive at Piazza Mazda.
