I was very impressed with Wayne Watts when I met with him about moving my household things from Houston to Austin in early April, 2012. Due to the size of the move, the house in Houston was packed up on Saturday, and the delivery to Austin wasn't until Sunday. I have spent the last month going through every box thoroughly and can sadly say that all the power tools we had are missing. I can't even begin to put a list together because my husband passed away last December, but I know he had several power drills, etc. At this point I don't know what else walked away. I am extremely disappointed.
