I have used Move Masters Professional Service for the past nine years. Never have we had any damages to our home or furnishings. The staff at Move Masters have never miss placed anything are lost anything. I have left them alone in my home with all of my things went to work and had them call me when it was over. Wayne the office manager has to be the most honest person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I say this, because once we were over charged by 2hours and he call me and let know that there was an error and sent out a refund to me with in days. Would recommend and have recommended them to all my friends. more

Very Disappointed 5/16/2012

I was very impressed with Wayne Watts when I met with him about moving my household things from Houston to Austin in early April, 2012. Due to the size of the move, the house in Houston was packed up on Saturday, and the delivery to Austin wasn't until Sunday. I have spent the last month going through every box thoroughly and can sadly say that all the power tools we had are missing. I can't even begin to put a list together because my husband passed away last December, but I know he had several power drills, etc. At this point I don't know what else walked away. I am extremely disappointed. more

The movers did a good job protecting our things and our home. The price was reasonable and the customer service and attention we received from Wayne was absolutely super. i will recommend them more

Moving my family for 10 years 6/1/2011

Over the past 10 years my family has made multiple moves. Both personal and professional. I have worked with 3 other large furniture moving companies and no one has been as personable and professional. Each time they are on time and wrapped each piece of furniture, big planter, even my decorative sticks! I have recommended to many friends and they all felt the same as I did. Remember the key to moving is to be as prepared and organized as possible! If you are not packed and they have to wait...the clock keeps going. more

Over the past 10 years my family has made multiple moves. Both personal and professional. Each time they are on time and wrapped each piece of furniture, big planter, even my decorative sticks! I have recommended to many friends and they all felt the same as I did. Remember the key to moving is to be as prepared and organized as possible! If you are not packed and they have to wait...the clock keeps going. more

Houston's Worst Movers 3/18/2011

The worst moving experience I've ever had. They provided inferior move-management (inappropriate and unreliable vehicles, understaffed movers and packers, poor packing with more breakage than I've experiences in over 10 moves) as well as appalling customer service (blamed me for their shortcomings, would not return my calls, then failed to ever follow up with me). The only reason I did not stop payment on my checks was that they came recommended as ""good Christians"". As such, I reasoned that everyone's entitled to a bad day or problem-riddled project and that Move Masters would take action to right their wrongs (or at least call and say 'whoops! sorry!'). Not. One. Peep. Ever. Boy, was I dumb. more
