Ladd Vien at REC is so greedy and has caused my family harm! He rented a house out to us, we have always paid rent on time, yet when it comes to fixing stuff that is wrong, you can forget it! They don't have professionals when something goes really wrong, he will just send out a ""maintenance"" man and cover up the problems. I would not recommend Ladd to ANYBODY.. not even enemies.
