Ladd Vien at REC is so greedy and has caused my family harm! He rented a house out to us, we have always paid rent on time, yet when it comes to fixing stuff that is wrong, you can forget it! They don't have professionals when something goes really wrong, he will just send out a ""maintenance"" man and cover up the problems. I would not recommend Ladd to ANYBODY.. not even enemies. more

Ladd Vien (@ REC) is someone you do not want to rent from, and if you ask around you will be reassured of this. Take a look at his properties. He will rent out anything, in any condition. If he does repair it's the cheapest way possible, and won't last long, or fall apart quickly. (at the least look bad). He will lie on references to next landlord if you make ANY complaints on him or ask to repair things that he doesn't want to fix. You don't have to believe me. Just ask around. more
