I brought in my custom wedding dress that I had purchased in San Francisco to Sunny. Sunny worked on my dress for about 3 in a half months after my wedding and performed a miracle. I had somehow gotten the entire 4 or so inches of my gown dirty, a small wine stain, and a little bit of self-tanner on my dress. The dress looked like an absolute wreck when it was brought it, however, when I went to pick up my gown -- it looked beautiful, no one could have guessed it had been worn before!!! Although it did take longer than I had expected, it was well worth the wait. The only glitch in my experience was that I came in once without an appointment because I was in the neighborhood but Sunny was out of the store, I had to call and set up an appointment the following week. Sunny was so friendly and chatty, it truly was a relief to preserve my dress in the condition that I always want to remember it - ruffles and all. I would recommend trusting Sunny if you invested a lot in your gown. I had layered ruffles and a rhinestone belt, all which were preserved beautifully.
