Miracle worker! \r \r I brought a vintage wedding dress here because it was the only Certified Wedding Gown Specialist and Certified Garment Care Professional in the Denver area. The dress was 2-tones as parts of it were very yellow and the rest was a drab white. It also had a lot of beads on it that were glued on. \r \r I consulted with Sunny and she recommended a careful wash of it. She warned me that some of the beads may come off. She did not think it was a good idea to try to lighten the color. I left somewhat scared that the dress would not come out the way I wanted it to. \r \r I was SHOCKED when I returned to the store. My dress was hanging next to other new wedding dresses and you couldn't tell the difference. The color of the dress is a new beautiful white that looks like new. Only a few beads came off and Sunny replaced them. I never expected this dress to look so good. She made a vinatge dress that I bought for $300 look like a new $5000 dress! \r \r I would absolutely recommend Sunny and I will be using her for any special clothing needs I have in the future. She not only is good at what she does but she loves doing it. Any bride can feel secure when going to her. more

I brought in my custom wedding dress that I had purchased in San Francisco to Sunny. Sunny worked on my dress for about 3 in a half months after my wedding and performed a miracle. I had somehow gotten the entire 4 or so inches of my gown dirty, a small wine stain, and a little bit of self-tanner on my dress. The dress looked like an absolute wreck when it was brought it, however, when I went to pick up my gown -- it looked beautiful, no one could have guessed it had been worn before!!! Although it did take longer than I had expected, it was well worth the wait. The only glitch in my experience was that I came in once without an appointment because I was in the neighborhood but Sunny was out of the store, I had to call and set up an appointment the following week. Sunny was so friendly and chatty, it truly was a relief to preserve my dress in the condition that I always want to remember it - ruffles and all. I would recommend trusting Sunny if you invested a lot in your gown. I had layered ruffles and a rhinestone belt, all which were preserved beautifully. more

Gold Label was fantastic. My daughter's christening gown has been handed down from my grandmother and is more than 60 years old. It was yellow with age and very fragile. Gold Label was recomended to me so I took it in for restoration. Not only did they finish the work in only a couple days (at my request) but the gown was pristine white (the original color) and gorgous when I got it back. I received many compliments on the dress at the christening. I am taking the gown and some other dresses to them to be preserved so that I can give them to my daughter to use for her children some day. more

I have been taking my clothes to Sunny at Gold Label for alterations for a couple years now, and they always look great when they're done. I even trusted my wedding dress to them for alterations! However, I was simply amazed when they were able to save my mom's skirt after she dropped a big blob of White-Out on it last week. She thought it was ruined for sure, but I took it to Gold Label anyway. I figured if anyone could save it, they could. more

I took in my bridesmaids dress which had a lot of ruching and needed it to be brought in. They were very detailed in pinning it and were honest about the timeline and price. Way to expensive. Suprised me with a $3/shirt charge for being ""extra dirty"". Not the most friendly dry cleaner I've ever been to. Clothes weren't ready after 5 when I got there. Overall, an awful experience. I did like the waterfall fountain thingy though. Good thing it was there to sooth me, or else I would have popped my top! I took a jacket, a pair of pants, and a shirt to these cleaners. They ruined the jacket, and didn't get rid of the stains on the shirt or the pants. They charged me for all the items and wouldn't give me any of my clothes back unless I paid in full. They are the worst dry cleaners ever and I strongly recommend you dont do business with them... even a simple cleaning you risk having your clothing item ruined! Avoid this business. They will be sure to charge you, but not ever remove your stains! DO NOT USE THEM. I complained to the owner and she didn't care and wouldn't do anything about it. Use another dry cleaner or pay the price! Cons: High price, poor service, poor quality more

Although the prices are more demanding than other ordinary cleaners, the results are totally satasfactory. They use a completely organic system and my clothes came back feeling great. The building is very clean in a nice/high-end neighborhood. The drycleaning is totally worth it. They also have a handpress/deluxe service that costs more but the finish is extordinary. Paying for the quality really does apply at this cleaners. I would suggest trusting all your high-end clothes with this cleaners. Pros: Available Drive Through, Alterations, Hand Press/Deluxe Cons: High Prices, but Worth it. more

I have only been there once. A nice and clean building in a nice part of town. They do a quality job but they are a RIP OFF. I brought 3 regular button down shirts to them and ask for a light starch and they charged me 2.25 a shirt. The quality is not worth the cost. You can find hundreds of cleaners that do a similar job for half the cost. I am use to paying no more than 1.50 a shirt, 2.25 is outrageous. more
