I was charged 100.00 more than I should have been for prepaid refueling, even after saying that I did not want it from the laundry list of upcharges they kept throwing at me. It was a shame because the car was great. But you are better off paying more somewhere else--you'll end up paying less! This company is owned by HERTZ. I expect better. I did not mind the long shuttle wait, the out of the way location, and even tolerated the very long wait to get your car (probably because they are too busy trying to upsell you on insurance, gas, etc.). The e-mail response from ""customer service"" was the equivalent of go pound sand. Thanks!
