Like most people, my experience here has been horrible. I went in expecting friendly and helpful people. instead, the people were rude, abrupt, and inconsiderate. I will never go back to them even if they are the last bridal shop on earth. they care only about getting every cent out of you that is possible. Not only were our bridesmaid dresses late (as in a week before the wedding) when they said they would be here a month prior. but the people purposely ordered the dresses in larger sizes so that we would have to get them altered. I went elsewhere for alterations. This is a warning to others. don't waste your time and effort here, all you'll get is frustration and disappointment.
