Everyone has a different version of ""high end"" and just because you glue some shells to a frame and charge a lot for it doesn't make it high end. The techniques are very dated and look like something out of the 1980's. People use your own barometer of what you like and what is in good taste and not Fred Reed's inability to keep up with high end art. Don't get suckered into paying for poor taste just because it has a high price tag. Freed Reed was purchased by a new owner in 1987 and that seems about right it hasn't been updated since. Don't waste your cash.
