I'm a first time home buyer. I literally just moved in the Dayton area last week. I noticed I had some kind of issue going on and it was time to call a plumber. I scheduled a service online and was told someone would be out between 8 and 10 this morning. Right at 8 am the plumber showed up and was extremely friendly and helpful. Dale did an amazing job fixing the problem and explaining every step he was doing. He also suggested a product to buy to help prevent having the issue again. I will always call roto rooter and ask for Dale if I have another problem. Sara C.
