I had an appt. between 3-5 PM. I called at 4 PM to see when they would arrive. Was told last appt was running over and they needed to reschedule for another day - after I moved all the furniture! They would not have even called me to tell me they weren't planjning to show up - I would never have known if I did not call them. I asked to have the owner call me but I am still waiting...very poor customer service!

We were very sorry that this happened. The previous jobs all turned out to be twice the size which prevented us from getting to the last job as scheduled which was between 3 & 5pm on a Saturday. The appointment desk did talk to the customer to let her know the technician was running very late. The owners did call the customer Monday morning to apologize and offered to come out the following Saturday and do the cleaning for free. The customer was not willing to let us come back and try to make it up to her. We sincerly regret this incident and try very hard to manage our schedule and keep our appointment times.
