Yes a complaint was filed with ACHA -Assisted Living department. After this complaint was filed an officer was sent to investigate the claim and found Middleburg Assisted Living Facility, Inc. was not in violation of any rules. The state of Florida posts results of surveys on their website. Due to privacy rules I will not discuss in detail any comments posted in the review posted on 10/28/2011.
